Now booking Davon Magwood’s Comedy Tour, “Fighting Injustice in 140 characters or Less”

Comedian Davon Magwood thinks, therefore he tweets too much. Sometimes those tweets get him boycotted by the Westboro Baptist Church, sometimes those tweets gets him free Taco Bell, it’s the luck of the draw. Magwood, inspired by the DIY comedy efforts of Neil Hamburger and the Comedians of Comedy, set out to do his own DIY comedy tour. He’s headlined two national indie tours and he’s still just a dude that likes to eat cheap diner food and pet cats. He’s also opened for comedians Michael Ian Black, Hannibal Buress, and Gilbert Gottfried. Magwood has been featured at the Brooklyn Comedy Festival, Seattle International Comedy Competition, and The Gathering of The Juggalos. His Jokes have been featured on Sirius XM Radio, NPR, Huffington Post, The New York Times, The Pittsburgh Post Gazette and Cosmopolitan Magazine. He’s been featured in Rolling Stone Mag, AVClub, Buzzfeed, The DailyDot, and TMZ. Davon Magwood’s debut album “I’d Rather Be Napping” made it to the top charts on iTunes. He’s currently working on his sophomore album as well as an hour long comedy special produced by Comedy Dynamics.
